SURVICE Fire Works (SFW) is a dedicated team of engineering and computing specialists who provide our customers a comprehensive capability in understanding and addressing fire and explosion as a threat to military and commercial aircraft, vehicles, ships, and facilities.

The SURVICE Engineering Company established the SFW team based on customer requests for expertise to help understand fire and explosion. Since the SFW team was established in 2003, SURVICE has made significant investments to include experts at each of our major operations across the country who work synergistically solving tough problems.

SFW provides the government and industry subject-matter experts in researching, assessing, and testing. The dedicated team works hand-in-hand with engineers and program planners to provide independent analysis and recommendations.

SFW team members know more than just fire theory as they support design, acquisition, and testing of systems during the entire platform development and fielding cycle. We do not just run models and perform textbook analyses; we work to understand the issues and most importantly, the requirement and level of accuracy needed for the answer. This unique approach enforces the practical understanding and resolution if potential problems in a timely and efficient manner.
